"Flowers arrived a day late"
I ordered these for my mom’s birthday, so the delivery date really mattered. Unfortunately, they showed up the next day with no heads up or update at all. I appreciate that delays can happen, but it kind of defeats the purpose when the whole point is to have them arrive on time.

I ordered on bloomstoday.com and it was, like, mostly smooth for me. The checkout page came up fast, which I appreciated, and the delivery options were shown clear enough so I did not have to guess around. I did take a minute finding where to put the promo code, kind of hidden to my eyes, but it was not a big problem overall.

Overall it was fine, but I kept thinking I knew what I was paying and then, kind of near the end, extra fees showed up. Maybe I missed something, but it didn’t feel super clear from the start, and I really wish the full price had been easier to see sooner.
"They got my replacement sorted out"
My replacement did show up laaate, which was a bit annoying, but they handled the whole thing well in the end. Customer service was helpful and got it fixed, so overall I’m fine with how it turned out.

I ordered through Blooms Today for my aunt’s birthday, and the local florist ended up doing a nice job with it.
The flowers looked fresh and were close to the picture, though this was maybe a little smaller than I thought it would be. Delivery came on the right day, just later in the afternoon than I expected.
Overall, I was happy with the whole thing. It wasn’t perfect or anything, but my aunt really liked them, and that’s what mattered most.

"Felt a little disconnected"
I ordered a pink bouquet, but what showed up was mostly yellow flowers. They were still pretty, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely wasn’t what I picked online. The whole thing had that kind of “no real person is checking this” feeling, which was a little disappointing.

I expected more. Paid quite a bit. The flowers showed up small. Kind of cheap-looking too. Disappointing.

"Flowers were okay, but the packaging was rough"
The flowers themselves were decent, honestly. They looked enough once I got them out, but the box was crushed on one side and a few of the stems were bent, so it kind of took away from the whole thing.
It just felt like they weren’t packed with much care, or maybe they got handled badly in shipping, I don’t know. For the price, I expected them to arrive in better shape. Not terrible, but still disappointing.

"Pretty options, but barely any were available"
I was trying to order a nice bouquet and the site made it look like there were tons of choices. But every time I clicked one I liked, it either wasn’t available in my area or it changed by the time I got to checkout. Like, give me a break — I’m already trying to do this in a hurry. I did end up finding something, but it definitely wasn’t my first or even second pick.

"Pretty good for last-minute birthday flowers"
I used Blooms Today for my aunt’s birthday when I was kind of scrambling last minute, and it worked out good. The bouquet was a little different from the picture, but the flowers was still nice and felt right for the occasion. Delivery showed up on time too. I’m taking off one star because the card message had a small typo, but overall I was happy with it

"Flowers seemed past their prime too quickly"
I ordered flowers from bloomstoday.com, they looked like they’d already had a long day by the time they arrived. A few petals felt soft, and some of the stems were drooping more than I’d expect from a fresh bouquet. They still looked decent enough for that day, but by the next morning they were in rough shape. For the price, I personally expected them to feel a lot fresher and last longer.

"Wish I’d known the website would be this frustrating"
I regret trying to place my order on my phone. The site was really hard to use, pages kept freezing, and the checkout process was way more confusing than it should’ve been. I wish I had just waited and used a computer instead.

"Nice support, but the wait was a bit frustrating"
The support team was polite and didn’t make me feel brushed off, which I appreciated. But I was already a little stressed about my order, so waiting longer than expected for a clear answer made it feel more annoying than it probably needed to be. They did sort it out in the end, but I had to follow up more than I wanted. Overall, it was fine, just not exactly a smooth experience.

"The substitution was fine, but the colors threw me off"
The flowers were similar to what I expected, so it wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but the colors just felt really off to me. I opened them and my heart kind of sank for a second because the whole vibe was not what I had in mind.
