"Terrible customer service"
Terrible customer service. Read the fine print. I requested white wine for my mothers, mother day gift, because she hates red wine, however, red wine was delivered. I called customer service, they told me to ask my mom to take a picture of the wine, only to tell me, I acknowledged the need to substitute if required when I agreed to terms. Messed up. "0 stars if I could"
I would give them a 0 if I could! The godawful “arrangement” my daughter received looked nothing like the arrangement I painstakingly chose. A $14 bouquet at Trader Joe’s would be better. A mishmash or flowers stuck in a vase.
I should have just sent my daughter the $90!!! Also I paid $5 extra to have a firm delivery date for a reason and they delivered it one day early. I didn’t want it delivered that date which is why I paid extra for a non-flex day. Beyond 😡

Just ordered flowers for my sister’s birthday I paid over $170- a the biggest size bouquet, large box of chocolates, 3 Mylar balloons and 3 trees to plant. My sister got a tiny bouquet and a card. No balloons no chocolates. Called and waiting for very long time and I’m doing this while working. They said they would resend and I got an email saying they delivered it but my sister received nothing. This is why I was very hesitant ordering online. I would never use this company.

"Raked 173 for a reason."
Do not use Blooms today. They'll take your order and the money but they will not deliver it. You will however receive an apology email. That's not helpful when you have a timely delivery. Bottom line, they are horrible!

Ordered flowers for my mother's 83rd birthday. They did not come. Not sure if they are coming tomorrow because customer service has not responded. Would avoid this company.

Supposed to have flowers delivered by 12noon for my wife's birthday, now 3:30pm and there is no update from the florist...
"THEY RUINED MY DAY AND MY EVENING"
I placed and order early in the morning and paid for express delivery before 2pm and I decided to follow around 11 to make sure it get there before she leaves for at 3:30. so 2 o'clock comes and nothing I call and nothing. at 3:17. I get a BS email say it was delivered.
lies. the delv got there at 6:35. and I canceled my order at 5:30. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN NEVER!!

"horrible customer service"
horrible customer service. received an email that Easter center piece was delivered on 7 April 2023. This was false. Flowers were not delivered. called a total of 4 times and the last time they wanted my Easter flowers delivered a day after Easter 10 April 2023. Please do not use this horrible company!

Sister-in-law company ordered a plant for my dad's funeral. It was never received. I called Blooms Today "customer service" and they verified an order and said local florist said it was delivered but they could not tell me anything else or do anything because they have to speak to the sender. She said they would call the sender. I called back 1 week later and same story. I told them someone was supposed to reach out and she then said that usually they sender has to call them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

"DO NOT USE - RECEIVER WILL NOT RECEIVE WHAT IS ORDERED"
My sister-in-law's company ordered a plant for my dad's funeral. It was never received. I called Blooms Today, they said florist said it was delivered, I asked for confirmation because it was not received. They "couldn't" tell me anything else because I am not the sender. The were supposed to contact the sender. A week later after hearing nothing, I called back. Same story but this time she said they don't call the sender, sender has to call them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! YOUR RECEIVER WILL NEVER GET WHAT IS ORDERED AND YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND.
"Deserved zero stars"
Never delivered, customer service kept telling me it will be delivered by 7pm, which is way too late for a flower delivery, but I received the same message at 10pm.

"Nothing like what I ordered!!"
What I ordered vs what I received were not even close! The main flower was supposed to be orange roses and there was not a single rose in the bouquet at all.

They followed thru with the order like i ordered... But very disappointed with the flowers (and what it was supposed to be) the flowers sent was not what inordered and considerably smaller. And the communication from bloomstoday has been nothing.

Would be 0 stars if it were an option. I won't order again from Blooms Today. Funny how their name seems like they can deliver in a day or so. I did the online flower order for delivery the following day to a funeral. After the funeral occurred I received a notification email (once it was too late to order elsewhere) that the delivery did not occur and flowers were not in stock. The first lady I spoke with on the phone was pushy and kept asking me for an order number that started in a 134# but none of the e-mails I received from the company had any numbers such as that. I felt like she was rushing me and speaking to me as if I was wasting her time.
"Quality is not up to standard!"
Blooms Today has disappointed my expectation in the worst kind of way -order not delivered on time after three calls to customers service the receiver got the delivery -nice try however I received a photo of the plants in the basket I was assured of getting- it ruined the the overall look of the " EUROPEAN " plant basket -So sad and disappointing-I wanted my friend to be impressed with the arrangement
